We usually process your order within 48 hours after it has been successfully placed. The carrier will come once a day to pick up the parcel to their facility. Processing time at the carrier facility can range between 1-5 days during this period due to higher volume and limited manpower.
Once processing is done, they will begin to ship the parcel. A tracking number will now become available and will be sent to your email for your tracking.
Tax is totally random and decided by the custom when processing they are processing it. By law, certain countries will impose a tax on imported good, which again they may or may not impose the tax eventually. To understand if tax is required by law for importing good into your country, please seek advise from your local government.
At this moment, we are only able to confirm that USA and Australia do not require any tax payment.
Taxes are to be paid by you which are usually requested by the carrier before or during the delivery. Such tax request in unforeseen until the time of delivery. Any attempt made but not accepted due to tax not paid is not valid for a refund. Reason being the item has successfully arrived but being rejected by choice. We rely on the tracking details provided by the carrier to identify such reason for denied delivery.

If you have opted for the insured shipping delivery option, the amount received from you has been used to pay to the carrier for this service, so we are not able to offer any refund on insured shipping fee paid.
We are 100% transparent with the measurement of our product on the product page to help you to do the measurement before making the purchase if you need to. We also send an email reminder immediately after you have completed your order to remind you once again to make sure that you have purchased the correct length. In the email we have mentioned that there's a 4 hours window to inform us if you wish to change the length of the bar.
